Meet the Blueline Security Services team

Experience: 19 years active duty law enforcement and private security field

Currently: Executive Protection Unit, assigned to the protection detail for the jurisdiction’s top executive.

Past: Patrol officer; Community Oriented Policing unit; investigator in the Narcotic Enforcement Division, working undercover; spent five years assigned to a Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force; narcotic detection canine handler.

Shawn has been recognized as an expert in the field of narcotic investigations in both the United States District Court as well as local and state courts in Maryland. He has also developed, coordinated, implemented and managed security plans for banks, apartment complexes, car dealerships, commercial distribution facilities, retail stores, and foreign embassies.

Timothy Cordero

Experience: 19 years active duty law enforcement and private security field

Currently: Commander, Narcotics Enforcement Division.

Past: Uniformed patrol officer; squad supervisor; homicide investigator; internal affairs; achieved rank of Captain within Volunteer Fire Department.

Timothy has developed innovative crime-fighting strategies and personnel deployments that have proven to be effective in the private security field, including car dealerships, apartment complexes, race tracks, national retail stores and hotels.

Felipe Ordono

Experience: 15 years active duty law enforcement and private security field

Currently: Homicide detective.

Past: Patrol officer; member of Special Assignments Team targeting drug and gang-related crime; gang unit investigator; ATF Regional Area Gang Enforcement Task Force.

Felipe is bilingual and bicultural and was certified as a Spanish-speaking translator in 2005 by the U.S. Department of State (Foreign Affairs Training Center). He also served in the United States Army as an infantryman 2003-2006.

Troy Harding

Experience: 24 years active duty law enforcement and private security field

Currently: Supervisor Homicide Division

Past: Patrol officer; Homicide Investigator; Narcotics Investigator.
